Building on the success of the 4-week introductory program, my 8-week training program takes your fitness journey to the next level. This comprehensive program is perfect for those who are no longer beginners, but are eager to continue their progress. Over the course of 8 weeks, we'll further refine your form and mobility while introducing more challenging exercises to your routine. This program emphasizes a progressive increase in intensity, incorporating bodyweight and light to heavy weight exercises. The 8-week program includes a variety of full-body workouts, providing you with a structured plan for five active training days each week. In addition to this, we've integrated two active recovery and rest days to ensure you continue to recover effectively. If you've already completed the 4-week program and are looking to advance your fitness journey, this 8-week program is your next step. It offers continued guidance and support, helping you reach your fitness goals with confidence and determination.
