ActivelyBrix Fitness is a health and wellness brand founded by Brianna Hunt, dedicated to helping people achieve sustainable weight loss and fitness transformations. Through custom fitness programs, nutritional guidance, mindset coaching, and motivational content, I empower individuals to take control of their health and build lasting habits.

 

With an emphasis on consistency, discipline, and mental resilience, I use my platform to inspire and educate those struggling with unhealthy habits or gym inconsistency. Whether you need customized training, meal guidance, or coaching support, ActivelyBrix Fitness is your go-to resource for transforming your body, mind, and lifestyle.

 

As someone who has struggled with balancing a 9-5 job, figuring out a gym routine, and deciding what to eat after a long day, I understand how overwhelming it can be. That’s why I’m here to take one less thing off your plate and make the process smoother and more sustainable.

 

I am here to motivate, inspire, and hold you accountable! Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up, my goal is to provide the support and structure you need to reach your goals through 1-on-1 in person personal training or online coaching with customized meal plans tailored just for you where you’ll have access to an online app with structured weekly workouts and progress tracking, ensuring you stay on top of your transformation.

Story

get to know me

I've always led an active lifestyle, growing up playing basketball, track, cheerleading, and gymnastics. Being active wasn’t just a habit, it was part of who I was. However, when I got to college, I struggled to balance fitness with work, studying, social life, and my own well-being.

 

In 2019, I applied for a job as a sales associate at Orangetheory Fitness, thinking it would be a short-term way to stay in shape while making some extra money. However, I quickly fell in love with it. Even in a sales role, I felt a sense of purpose being part of people’s fitness journeys, seeing their transformations, and witnessing how exercise changed their lives. Members would share stories of losing 50–60 pounds, lowering their blood pressure, and overcoming joint pain. That’s when I realized fitness wasn’t just about working out it was a life-changing commitment, and I wanted to do more.

 

Then COVID hit. Like many, my weight fluctuated, and I reached my lowest point mentally and physically. I remember thinking, How do people live like this every day? I craved that spark again—the feeling of inspiring others, hearing their testimonies, and most importantly, holding myself and others accountable.

 

So, I took action. I started posting home workouts on social media using just resistance bands and light weights. People began asking for advice, and I realized I wanted to help them in a real, knowledgeable way so I became certified as a personal trainer.

 

Once COVID restrictions lifted, I took my passion further working as a Group Training Coach at Orangetheory Fitness and a 1-on-1 Trainer at Equinox, where I could provide a more personalized approach. Today, I continue to coach at Orangetheory and train my own private clients helping people take control of their health and transform their lives.This is my journey—and it’s just the beginning.
